Ultra Oil & Gas, Inc. (TRRC Operator #875633) has been involved in oil and gas exploration and production since its incorporation in March of 1988.   Ultra operates and participates in all of its domestic in-house programs.  Although Ultra’s primary focus is prospect generation, we also participate in select outside operated programs.  Ultra's exploration efforts are not limited to domestic drilling programs.  We have also participated in several international exploration programs specifically Australia and New Zealand.

            Currently, Ultra Oil & Gas, Inc. has the bulk of its interests in the state of Texas.  In 1996, Ultra discovered a Hope Sand Field in Concho County, Texas.  This prolific oil field is named Dare I (Hope).  We are currently developing exploration programs in South Texas and West Texas.  Ultra Oil & Gas, Inc. presently operates over 30 wells.

            Ultra Oil & Gas, Inc. has to its credit, an organization of professionals with many years of experience in oil and gas exploration.  Thomas O. Hyink is the founder and President of Ultra.  In addition, the company has on staff a landman, oil and gas accountant, and geologist.
